Custom Products

All blinds and curtains from Naturalwickflame are custom-made to your specific measurements and preferences. Due to their personalized nature, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the product and, if confirmed as a defect, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Measurement Errors

If we made an error in measuring your windows, we will correct the issue by remaking the product to the correct specifications. Please notify us within 7 days of installation if you believe there was a measurement error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Warranty Claims

Products are covered by our warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period specified in your order documentation. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications are not covered.
